After fourteen years with one of Boston’s largest downtown commercial real estate firms, Greg Klemmer, together with Chub Whitten and Peter Brown of Juniper Advisory Services, formed Klemmer Associates, LLC in 1999. Their goal was a small, but nimble, full service real estate firm that services clients in a professional yet personal manner. In a few short years, Klemmer Associates has risen to become one of Boston’s leading real estate firms (consistently listed in the Boston Business Journal’s Book of Lists as one of the area's top leasing and sales commercial brokerage firms) by delivering years of combined market expertise, strategic business solutions and desired results. The Juniper principles have a combined fifty years of development experience in the Boston market. They have developed 2,700,000 square feet and have been advisors to Klemmer Associates since inception. They will assist in every step of the process without an eye towards self interest. Klemmer's affiliation with Juniper allows clients access to market and development depth. Greg Klemmer, SIOR
Principal
Greg Klemmer, Principal of Klemmer Associates, President of SIOR NE Chapter, has been an active broker for 23 years, specializing in the industrial and office markets north of Boston. In 1999, he founded, Klemmer Associates LLC, with partners Chub Whitten and Peter Brown. Klemmer Associates is one of Boston's premier full service brokerage companies, specializing in the Suburban Boston industrial and office markets.
Since the company’s inception, Greg has been involved in completing over 8.2 million square feet of real estate transactions, valued at over $460 million. Signature deals have included the sale and leaseback of 320,000 square feet for Osram Sylvania and subsequent sale to Partners Healthcare; the 216,780 square foot lease for PetEdge; the sale of a 720,000 square foot national portfolio; and the $29 million sale of a medical device facility in Puerto Rico.
Prior to forming Klemmer Associates, Greg was a Senior Vice President and co-manager of the industrial division for Hunneman Commercial, where he was awarded Broker of the Year in 1995 and 1997.
In addition to SIOR President, Greg is the CBA 2009 "Broker of the Year" and "Industrial Deal of the Year" recipient. He is on the Board of both the North Shore Chamber and the Commercial Brokers Association (CBA) and an active Big Brother.
A graduate of Lehigh University, Greg holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering. He lives in Needham, MA with his wife and three sons.

Tim Brodigan
Vice President
Tim focuses on sales, leasing landlord and tenant representation.
Since joining Klemmer Associates, LLC in 2003, Mr. Brodigan has been involved in the leasing and sales of over 3,414,788 square feet of office and industrial space.
Recipient of the 2008 Robert W. Holmes Scholarship awarded by The Society of Industrial and Officer Realtors (SIOR).
Tim was recently awarded CBA's "Industrial Deal of the Year" which was based on the largest industrial lease of 2009 for 216,780 square feet on behalf of PetEdge.
A member of the Commercial Brokers Association and a founding member of CBA Future Leaders Committee. Tim is also active in the North Suburban and North Shore Chamber of Commerce and is currently president of the SHBA.
Tim graduated from the University of Hartford. He currently resides in Belmont, MA with his wife and two children.

Amanda Green
Executive Assistant
Amanda is an executive / marketing assistant with Klemmer Associates, LLC. She plays a key role in sales support for our brokers in our daily operations and is also responsible for all Klemmer's marketing collateral.
Prior to joining Klemmer Associates in October 2007, Amanda was a residential agent and did freelance graphic design for nine years.
A graduate of Harris School of Advertising Art, Amanda currently resides in Burlington with her husband and three children.
