Was sole broker in the 203,000 SF lease of industrial space. Analogic required a large facility to build the airport bomb scanners ordered by Congress as a result of 9/11. Analogic converted a 36' clear, 50 tailboard distribution facility into a state of art manufacturing facility by providing dropped ceiling throughout, full AC, new 5000 KVA service, special epoxy floor and updated lighting.
