Mayor William Scanlon, City of Beverly, Representatives from the North Shore Chamber of Commerce and Beverly city representatives joined Connolly Brothers to celebrate the groundbreaking of the first speculative office building on the North Shore since 2003. 138 Conant Street is the second building built at this location by Connolly Brothers with the first building built in 1989 and leased by Electric Insurance.

Connolly Brothers was established in 1880 and is an open-shop/merit shop general construction contractor and construction management firm based in Beverly, Massachusetts specializing in private industrial, commercial, and institutional General and Design/Build construction.
