Klemmer and Hart Group Brokers Purchase of 76,802 SF Building - written by Klemmer Associates, LLC

Klemmer Associates/Hart Group International announced it has brokered a purchase totaling 76,802 square feet on behalf of Northeast Products, Inc. (NEP) at 375 Jaffrey Road, in Peterborough, New Hampshire. The buyer was represented by Ted Geary with Klemmer Associates. The seller, Monadnock Business Ventures, Inc. was represented by Michelle Lange and George Foskett of The Masiello Group.

Northeast Products was started in 1985 in a shed part time behind company President Peter Luccisano’s home in Methuen, Massachusetts. The company, famous for manufacturing “High Quality” foam hunting cushions and accessories. Brand names include Therm-a-seat, Heat-a-Seat, Wedge Supreme and X-Pak backpack.

Included under their NEP umbrella, the company offers a wide range of “Stadium Sports Cushions” exclusively marketed as NEP Promotions in the promotional industry. In addition, the company plans to soon launch their NEP Screenprinters division that will offer screen printing with logos and custom designs emblazoned on apparel, political signs and bumper stickers, etc.

They will be moving their corporate and manufacturing location from their leased space in an old mill building in Lawrence, Massachusetts to 375 Jaffrey Rd., in Peterborough which was originally built specifically for manufacturing.
