Klemmer Associates, LLC, announced it was the sole broker in the recent sale of a 13,400 square foot office building at 7 First Avenue in the heart of Centennial Park in Peabody, Massachusetts to North Shore Plastic Surgery.   The building sits on approximately 1.5 acres and was originally constructed in 1966.  NSPS will undertake extensive renovations which are currently underway before relocating from their current location at 4 Centennial Drive. Building sold for $1,600,000 on June 21, 2010.
