Commercial Real Estate Veteran Greg Klemmer joins NAI Hunneman as Executive Vice President and Member of the firm’s Management Committee

BOSTON (January 9, 2012)—NAI Hunneman, a leading provider of commercial real estate services, today announced that veteran commercial broker Greg Klemmer, SIOR, will bring his brokerage team to NAI Hunneman. Klemmer will serve as an Executive Vice President and member of the firm’s management committee and will focus his efforts on the leasing and sale of office and industrial properties in the suburban Boston markets.

Mr. Klemmer has been an active real estate broker for over 24 years and has been involved in over 8.9 million square feet of transactions totaling in excess of $491 million over the last 12 years. Some of Greg’s more notable transactions have included the sale and leaseback of 320,000 square feet for Osram Sylvania and subsequent sale to Partners Healthcare; a 216,780-square-foot lease for PetEdge; the sale of a 720,000-square-foot national portfolio; a 200,000-square-foot lease to Quiet Logistics in Devens, MA, and the $29 million sale of a medical device facility in Puerto Rico. Mr. Klemmer is a current member and past President of the New England Chapter of SIOR and also serves on the Boards of the North Shore Chamber of Commerce and Commercial Broker’s Association; he was named the CBA Broker of the Year in 2009 as well as recipient of the Industrial Deal of the Year in 1994 & 2009.

In addition to Mr. Klemmer, Tim Brodigan, Senior Vice President at Klemmer Associates, will also join NAI Hunneman. Tim has over eight years commercial real estate experience and has been involved in the leasing and sale of over 4.23 million square feet of office and industrial space. Tim was awarded the CBA’s 2009 Industrial Deal of the Year Award for the 216,780-square-foot lease transaction on behalf of Pet Edge. Tim is a member of the CBA (founding member of the Future Leaders Committee) and SIOR and was awarded the 2008 SIOR Robert W. Holmes Scholarship Award.

Mr. Klemmer holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University. Tim Brodigan has a bachelor’s Degree from the University of Hartford.
